Westchester Noir is an ongoing photography project highlighting many of the so-called “invisible” issues seen around Westchester County. It documents the “real” Westchester” – the gritty, the non-gentrified. Instances of poverty, homelessness and urban decay are among the many photos taken and submitted.

Anyone can submit original photography to Westchester Noir. Additionally, submissions CAN remain anonymous.
